Dear everyone
Thanks to all for voting and I am please to inform that the new committee is as follows:

We all look forward to working with the community to achieve good things together. 
The new committee will be meeting soon to begin working on a number of issues including 
organising the next conference/meeting which will be around Online2009.

They were elected in February 2006, so they've had a long time of serving 
on the committee and doing great things. 
In terms of conferences, they organised the Feb 2007 conference in 
Wellington NZ (the first one held in NZ) and they organised the conference 
at RMIT in Feb this year (the first under the combined SMUG-A / ANZREG banner 
for all Ex Libris customers). 

We will be reflecting all these changes, and more, on the ANZREG website. 
We welcome your suggestions, comments, ideas, etc to make this group as worthwhile and 
productive as we can.

Nominations for the ANZREG Committee have closed and the results are as follows:

Tony, Simon and Helen are elected unopposed.

As four nominations were received for committee members an election for three will be held. Representation on the Committee must include at least two representatives from New Zealand so at least one elected member will be from New Zealand.
